The network of global corporate control is colluding to make unauthorized deductions from consumers' bank accounts; the banks provide fraudulent statements without reflecting the unauthorized deductions; the software provider Intuit has licensed the banks to act as their agent without bothering to inform consumers of this fact.

PLAINTIFF'S OBJECTION TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISS
 Plaintiff requests this Court to deny Defendant Trilegiant's Motion to Dismiss for the
following reasons:
1. Defendant's argument that this Court must dismiss Plaintiff's case as moot has no
merit. Defendant used deceptive tactics banned by the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, 15 U.S.C. 1593 et. seq., to obtain Plaintiff's confidential credit card information and to charge Plaintiff's credit card illegally. Defendant Budget, in exchange for "bounties" and other 6 payments, shared Plaintiff's credit card number with defendant Trilegiant through a process known as "data pass" expressly prohibited as an unfair and deceptive internet sales practice under the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act:
"SEC. 3(b) PROHIBITION ON DATAPASS
USED TO FACILITATE CERTAIN DECEPTIVE INTERNET SALES TRANSACTIONS.--It shall
be unlawful for an initial merchant to disclose a credit card, debit card, bank account, or other financial account number, or to disclose other billing information that is used to charge a customer of the initial merchant, to any post-transaction third party seller for use in an Internetbased sale of any goods or services from that post-transaction third party seller.
2. Defendant's reliance upon Frazier v. Castle Ford, Ltd., 27 A.3d 583, (2011),
No. 1767, 2011 WL 3823628, is misplaced. In Frazier, the defendant corrected its warranties to all members of the class by correctly calculating start and end dates of automobile warranties in addition to providing attorney fees incurred in pursuing class action claims. Defendants in this matter misused Plaintiff's credit card information in flagrant violation of the law.
3. Plaintiff did not accept the payment tendered by Defendant, and voided the checks that Defendant mailed to Plaintiff over Plaintiff's objection. (Exhibit 1).
4. Factors to be considered by the Court in awarding an appropriate judgment to Plaintiff are: (1) harm to Plaintiff; (2) benefit to Defendant; (3) good or bad faith of Defendant;
(4) Defendant's ability to pay; (5) deterrence of future violations by this Defendant and
others. U.S. v. Boston Scientific Corp., 253 F.Supp.2d 85, D.Mass., 2003.

In order to qualify for the U.S. contribution to the capital increase of the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development, IBRD is required to make substantial progress in
eliminating the effects of its retaliation against whistleblowers who disclosed corruption. My
illegal, retaliatory separation "deters other staff members from advising their superiors
of wrongdoing."

the DC Circuit Court of Appeals by giving effect to my August 20, 2009 reinstatement by
